Infuser

These stainless steel, fine mesh infusers are so useful and versatile. They are designed to fit a variety of cup and pot sizes. They work great with both loose-leaf tea and ground coffee. They are easy to empty and clean, as well as dishwasher safe. (They are NOT microwavable. Just heat your water first, then steep the tea.) The lid doubles as a drip catching coaster.

We especially like that they don't leach microplastics into your tea as so many commercial tea bags do. Their generous size means the leaves have plenty of room to unfurl and brew properly, unlike some little infusers that just don't have room.
